Can I walk in without being a registered patient?+
Yes, new patients are welcome without a prior appointment. When you arrive, our reception team will register you, which takes only a few minutes including a short medical history form. We do recommend calling ahead on 020 7183 0692 to check availability before travelling.
What does a walk-in emergency visit cost?+
The new patient emergency assessment is available from £30 (usual price £95). Any further treatment costs depend on what’s needed, you always receive a full written treatment plan with costs before treatment begins.
Will I be treated the same day I walk in?+
In most cases, yes, where clinically possible and subject to availability, we carry out same-day treatment including fillings, extractions, root canals and temporary restorations. Complex cases may need a follow-up appointment.
Should I phone first or simply turn up?+
Once we open on 1 October 2026, we will accept walk-ins, but calling ahead on 020 7183 0692 when you can lets us prepare for your visit and cut your waiting time. What should I bring with me?+
Photo ID if you have it, plus details of any medications you take. Previous dental X-rays from another practice can be useful too, but none of this is essential, as we can take new X-rays on site.

Emergency Case

Emergency Root Canal & Crown for Severely Fractured Front Tooth

by Dr Yasha Shirazi

The patient presented with a front tooth fractured almost halfway, extremely sensitive and painful. After emergency root canal treatment, a fibre post was placed and a custom crown fitted to fully restore strength and appearance.

The adjacent chipped tooth was repaired with composite edge bonding. Both teeth were subtly reshaped for a balanced, natural-looking result.
