About Gonorrhoea
Gonorrhoea is caused by the gram-negative diplococcus Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It is transmitted through unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sexual contact. Gonorrhoea can infect the urethra, cervix, rectum, pharynx, and conjunctivae.
